POS Basics- Void: Allows you to remove a ticket. It will not be completely removed and will display as a red ticket
- Go to Orders->Select Order->Void->Enter manager passcode
- You can add different reasons for voids
- Tools->Back Office->Advanced->General->System->Request Reasons
