This Privacy Policy describes how KwickPOS ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the KwickSalon mobile application (the "App"). KwickSalon is a business-to-business application used by salon owners, managers, and technicians who already operate a KwickPOS point-of-sale system.
KwickSalon only collects information that is necessary for the App to function. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or tracking.

Location is used only when you tap "Clock In" or "Clock Out". Your device's GPS coordinates are compared with the store's registered location and are not stored, transmitted to a third party, or used for tracking.
You can deny or revoke location permission at any time in your device settings. If you do, you will not be able to clock in via the App, but all other features remain available.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data stays within your KwickPOS environment and is only accessible to authorized employees of your salon according to their role and permissions.
The App itself does not retain personal data. Login tokens and your selected preferences (language, theme) are stored on your device and removed when you log out or uninstall the App. Business data retention is governed by your KwickPOS account settings.
KwickSalon is intended for salon employees and is not directed to anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below. If you are an employee, please first contact your salon owner, who manages your KwickPOS account.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
